Located in the fertile Saint John's River Basin, Hickory Tree Grove is located 25 miles west of Daytona Beach in the small rural community of DeLeon Springs, Florida. Citrus, ferns, and cattle are the major agricultural products of this region. Hickory Tree Grove derives its name from the two large hickory trees that are on the north and south boundaries of the citrus grove.
